Joe started working on Navigator when bids were posted in newspapers, and now he oversees the strategic roadmap for the platform alongside e.Republic’s Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer. Joe knows the platform inside and out and leads the charge for all things Industry Navigator. Many in the industry know him as Joe Knows Gov.

Fred has been with e.Republic (the parent company of Government Technology and Industry Navigator) for over 15 years. He was instrumental in the design and operation of the current version of the GovTech Navigator product and continues to identify new ways to simplify the gov tech market. Fred has the unique combination of real-world technology experience and a deep understanding of how governments work. Fred has been a “Techy” since high school when he ran a computer repair and network administration business and later worked as a quality assurance intern with Advanced Matrix Technology (AMT/Datasouth). Fred has a bachelor’s degree in political science from U.C. Davis. Fred’s other passions include snowboarding, baseball, and local government politics.
