June 13

Watch Now

At the start of the pandemic, states suspended annual eligibility verifications for Medicaid recipients. Over the past three years, Medicaid enrollment has grown by tens of millions of people. Now, with eligibility verifications poised to resume, states face a monumental case management challenge: implementing a smooth redetermination process for recipients and agency staff that doesn’t erroneously cut coverage for people who still qualify for benefits.

Join Government Technology on June 13 to learn how automation can help agencies address case management challenges at scale. You’ll see how automation can simplify Medicaid redetermination for recipients and state employees, eliminate risk, and ensure states are maintaining access to benefits for people in need. You’ll also get valuable insights on using automation to streamline processes across other government programs.
