Gerard J. Gallant is the Founder and CEO of 2G Advisory LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in criminal justice technology modernization, cloud security, and regulatory compliance. With over 35 years of deep industry expertise spanning the entire technology lifecycle, Gerard is a recognized authority on navigating the complexities of the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy.

Prior to founding 2G Advisory, Gerard served as the CJIS Program Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He was the principal architect of AWS’s public sector CJIS compliance initiatives, serving as a vital point person for state, local, and federal agencies, as well as prominent industry partners who provide solutions to these agencies.

Throughout his career, Gerard has held leadership roles bridging data security, privacy, product engineering, systems implementation, and business development for world-class organizations, including KPMG, HP/EDS, Oracle, and Motorola Solutions.

Gerard holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems and is a credentialed Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA). Under his leadership, 2G Advisory LLC delivers hands-on advisory services that help technology providers and public sector agencies bridge the gap between advanced cloud innovation and compliance.

A veteran who began his career in public safety with the United States Army Reserves and Army National Guard, Ryan brings unique perspective to his work with government customers. He drives strategic partnerships with leading government technology providers serving as the AWS Executive Sponsor for many major technology providers.

Morgan is an internationally recognized expert on cybersecurity strategy, cyberterrorism, national security and intelligence. He currently serves as Chief Security Advisor for SentinelOne, and is the chief technology analyst for several major cable news organizations. Morgan's landmark testimony before Congress on Healthcare.gov changed how the government collected personally identifiable information. Previously Morgan was a Senior Advisor in the US State Department Antiterrorism Assistance Program, the Senior Law Enforcement Advisor for the 2012 Republican National Convention, taught behavioral analysis at the National Security Agency and spent a year teaching the FBI how to conduct internet investigations. In addition to 18 years in state and local law enforcement as a highly decorated state trooper and detective, Morgan has developed solutions in defense, justice and intelligence for the largest technology companies in the world including Cisco, SAIC, Unisys and Alcatel-Lucent/Bell Labs.
