Kimberley Williams is SLG/EDU Director of Strategic Engagement and Innovation at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Her organization supports strategic customer engagements through the state and local government | education advisory team and worldwide public sector (WWPS) global innovation through the Cloud Innovation Programs comprised of the global cloud innovation centers, joint innovation centers, and the WWPS digital innovation team. Kimberley is a growth-oriented strategist and marketing executive experienced in revenue acceleration, market definition, brand development, product visioning, and technical sales. Over her 25 years of experience, she’s worked with enterprise software giants including Informatica, Curam Software (IBM), PeopleSoft, and Oracle.

Leo Zhadanovsky, the Enterprise Technologist for Education at Amazon Web Services (AWS), has spent nearly a decade sharing guidance on the best ways to leverage AWS services. As a speaker, Leo has delivered talks at conferences around the world, including re:Invent, OmniTI Surge, and PuppetConf. Behind the scenes, he helps customers build highly-available, scalable, and elastic architectures to fulfill their business needs. Leo first demonstrated his expertise in AWS as the Director of Systems Engineering at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), where he ran the on-premise and cloud infrastructure for the DNC, in use by the Obama Presidential Campaign, as well as the Democratic Party. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and perfecting the crema on his espresso.

William (Bill) Rials, Ph.D., is a professor and associate director (department chair) of the Tulane University School of Professional Advancement IT and Cybersecurity Program. He focuses on continually delivering and updating the program curriculum based on innovative and emerging technologies. Before transitioning to academia and higher education, he had a diverse gov tech career delivering value to state agencies, local governments, and law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Mississippi.
